Website Redesign Initiatives
Through my marketing roles, I was involved in two website redesign projects at University of Hartford and Finalsite. This work included developing more strategic landing pages, site map and SEO development, and developing new, engaging content.
Promoting New Programs
As the Marketing Communications Manager for the College of Engineering, Technology and Architecture at the University of Hartford, I contributed to the recruitment and marketing efforts for two new majors:
Aerospace Engineering (2020/2021)
Robotics Engineering (2019/2020)
Transition Print to Digital
Within my first month of joining the University of Hartford, I established a process with our alumni engagement office to transition the college's popular CETVIEW newsletter to email format. The newsletter would be sent on a quarterly basis to over 6,000 constituent, featuring stories about our students, alumni, faculty, and staff. The newsletter has been recognized and applauded by university leadership and industry professionals.
Improved Event Tracking
As the Events Marketing Manager for Finalsite, I solidified a new process to record all event attendance for the organization's workshop and training events through HubSpot and Salesforce. I also improved our event communications before and after events using HubSpot campaigns and workflows. These processes improved our communication with clients and prospects for our client success and sales team.
Implementing Creative Ideas
I established a new weekly topic for Finalsite’s blog called “Feature Friday." Each week, we would feature client success stories and examples of how they use the platform/products. This promoted retention within our current clientele and encouraged prospects to utilize our services.
Dedication to Client Success and Relationships
Through my roles at Ticketnework, Vivial, and Finalsite, I took pride in establishing business and client relationships and offering great customer service to help our clients reach their goals.

At Vivial, I assisted over 15 clients in establishing social media presences from the ground up. Many of these clients were small businesses who did not have a marketing/communications/social media team on site.
